BATON ROUGE — On Sunday, LSU junior wide receiver Brandon LaFell removed his name from the NFL Draft’s early entry list and announced his plan to return to the team for his senior season. Details to come.
LaFell Withdraws Name from NFL Draft. Very good news, and not terribly surprising given the tone of his press conference where he announced he was doing little else besides keeping his options open. Jefferson, Lee, and Shepard now have a go-to target next year, and young receivers have a good mentor.
