Bama Linebacker Ends Playing Career

We told you yesterday that sophomore linebacker Jennings Hester was expected to go on medical scholarship and end his playing career.

It’s now official.  Hester’s departure from Bama is tied to his “chronic hamstring problems.”

He was a member of Nick Saban’s first signing class, but never played in a game.
