Here are some Georgia notes for Monday:

Georgia Tech is ranked higher than Georgia in most pre-season polls and that can’t sit too well with Bulldog fans.

Georgia officials believe their season opener against South Carolina will kick off at 7pm ET on ESPN2.

And Mark Bradley of The AJC wonders why ESPN.com — which praises UGA in their behind-the-pay-per-view-door rankings — doesn’t have the Dawgs ranked higher than 16th.
