Tennessee’s football team reacted with a loud cheer when Lane Kiffin told them Bryce Brown had been cleared to play by the NCAA.
That came after the Vols got a loud butt-chewing from their coach who didn’t like the way they were practicing and wanted to hear fewer complaints about injuries.
It looks like center Josh McNeil will miss AT LEAST the first two or three games of the season.
Former walk-on Cody Sullins might have won the starting center job anyway. (Ah, but who’s behind him? Anyone?)
Tennessee has added Cincinnati to a brutal 2011 schedule that also includes North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and LSU.
