UT’s Warren Suspended For The Season

On Saturday night, ESPN’s Erin Andrews reported that Tennessee receiver Brandon Warren got into a loud altercation with his position coach Frank Wilson.

In fact, Andrews reported that Warren had to be separated from the coach and his teammates.

Now, it’s being reported that Warren has been suspended for the season… according to a family member.

Warren transferred to UT from Florida State where he was an All-American tight end during his freshman season.  Since arriving at Tennessee he has seldom made an impact on the playing field.

The current coaching staff moved him from tight end to wide receiver prior to this season.  He has been publicly challenged by Lane Kiffin and has been in the coach’s doghouse for much of the season.
