1. South Carolina could face #15 Pittsburgh in the Papajohns.com Bowl if the Panthers lose to Cincinnati tomorrow. (Also, Joe Person of The State says he’d be surprised if defensive coach Ellis Johnson leaves USC for Georgia or Florida State.)
2. In basketball news, the Gamecocks will be heading to Clemson for the basketball battle of that rivalry on Sunday.
