1. Mike Lopresti of USA Today believes that Urban Meyer’s situation should remind us that coaches are people first.
2. Ray Melick of The Birmingham News writes that it’s still clear what Meyer’s priorities are… despite all the talk about his health and his family.
3. Kevin Scarbinsky, also of The Birmingham News, writes that there’s a chance that UF begged Meyer to stay because the school’s president and AD couldn’t agree on where to turn next. (Sounds far-fetched, but after yesterday’s presser, who knows?)
