Kiffin A Jerk To More Than Just Fans

Tennessee fans got plenty mad over the past year when anyone referred to Lane Kiffin as a big mouth.  (I have hundreds of emails to prove it.)

They got angry whenever someone pointed out that some of his actions were on the jerky side.  (Again, I’ve got the angry emails to prove it.)

This week, Vol fans have come to know that Kiffin could indeed be a jerk.  He was a jerk to them.  But, as it turns out, not JUST to them.

According to a as good a source as you can get, at least two assistant coaches from Kiffin’s staff had still not heard from their ex-boss as of this morning.

No “I’m outta here,” “I’ll call ya,” “Be sure to write,” nothing.  Not even a “So long, suckers.”

In fact one coach and his wife watched the wild events of Tuesday night play out just as many other Vol fans did… via television.   How’s that for finding out you may be out of a job?

It will be interesting to see if Kiffin winds up asking Lance Thompson, Willie Mack Garza, David Reaves or James Cregg to join him in LA.  And it will be even more interesting to see if they accept an invitation.

‘Cause at least two of those coaches were left to figure things out for themselves by Kiffin.
