Nance Switches From VU To UT, Rogers Waiting

Calhoun (Ga) quarterback prospect Nash Nance informed Bobby Johnson last night that he would be switching his commitment from Vanderbilt to Tennessee.

Nance joins Tyler Bray and juco QB Matt Simms on Tennessee’s commitment list.

More importantly, perhaps, is the fact that Nance is teammates with receiver Da’Rick Rogers, a long-time Georgia commitment who visited Tennessee (along with Nance) last weekend.

Rogers is the #9 prospect in the country according to Rivals.com and the highest-rated player on UGA’s current commitment list.  He is set to declare his intentions during a morning press conference on national signing day next Wednesday.
