Early SEC Lines From The Las Vegas Hilton

For those of you who follow the gambling lines, football season is officially here.  The Las Vegas Hilton’s sportsbook has already posted its lines for Week One action across the SEC.

Now, for me personally, the sportsbook at The Bellagio is tops.  It’s just a more comfortable place.  But the Hilton is designed for the hardcore gambler.  A few hundred television screens plus darn good odds.  (The odds aren’t quite as favorable at The Bellagio where you’re paying just a bit for the plush interior.) 

Wait, I’m reviewing sportsbooks and you just want the lines, don’t you?  Well, here goes… straight from the Las Vegas Hilton:


South Carolina -13.5 at home over Southern Miss

Florida -35.5 at home over Miami (Ohio)

Georgia – 27 at home over Louisiana-Lafayette

Kentucky -3 on the road over Louisville

Mississippi State -20.5 at home over Memphis

Alabama -40 at home over San Jose State

Auburn -29.5 at home over Arkansas State

Northwestern -3 on the road over Vanderbilt

LSU -1 at the Georgia Dome over North Carolina


Sorry Arkansas, Ole Miss and Tennessee fans, the Hilton doesn’t supply lines for games against FCS opponents.
