Auburn AD: Tigers Just “Two Classes Away”

Auburn athletic director Jay Jacobs spoke to the Montgomery Quarterback Club last night and he was pushing the positives. As any good AD is wont to do.
“We are still rebuilding. We had 14 true freshman play (in the opener). That’s a lot, but they had to play. We’re two classes away from getting back to where we were in 2004.”
The Tigers were the undefeated champions of the SEC in 2004.
