The Associated Press is reporting that Pittsburgh has accepted a bid to play in the BBVA Compass Bowl on Jan. 8.

Nothing official on the Kentucky front as of yet, but the Wildcats have been widely speculated to be the SEC representative in the bowl, which will be played at Birmingham’s Legion Field.
