UF Linebacker Ball Hospitalized

A University of Florida official revealed last night that backup linebacker Neiron Ball is currently in the hospital being treated for a “congenital vascular condition.”

“Neiron Ball has been diagnosed with a congenital vascular condition and is currently being treated at Shands Hospital” in Gainesville.

Ball played mostly special teams for the Gators last season, recording 10 tackles. Ball was a 4-star recruit from Jackson, Georgia when he signed with UF in 2010.
