Houston Nutt has mounted a sign on the wall of Ole Miss’ indoor practice facility. It’s a bull’s eye. From the inside out the circles are tabbed as:
* “Circle of Excellence”
* “Circle of Untrustables”
* “Circle of the Uncommitted”
The outer part of the sign is labeled “The World of the Uninvested.”
Nutt tells Kyle Veazey of The Jackson Clarion-Ledger that the sign is a reminder to his team that he wants “everybody to do it the right way.” When players don’t do it the right way, there names are moved outside the “Circle of Excellence” and into the “Circle of Untrustables.”
