I agree– it's different when it affects the play on the field. BUT, given the marked improvement MSU fans showed; they should be able to have their fun for now, and the bells should only be outlawed if it becomes reaosnably clear that MSU's only-ring-between-plays policy isn't working and the noise is affecting the play on the field.
