Offensive lineman Javarius Leamon from Woodruff (S.C.) High School committed to Clemson on Friday.
Leamon chose Clemson over South Carolina and Auburn.
“I committed to Clemson because I love the atmosphere there,” Leamon told ESPN.com. “I just really liked them from the beginning so I thought it was time to go ahead and get it out of the way.”
Leamon’s commitment to Clemson shouldn’t come as a surprise. He told MrSEC last month that Clemson’s staff was recruiting harder than any other.
“I love those guys,” Leamon told ESPN. “I also have some friends on the team. But in the end I just get that homey feeling there like I already fit in.”
