No, I won't be in Hoover. My experience has been that if you go to Hoover — which has ballooned into a near 1000-person event — you get stuck in your print or radio room while someone is saying something more interesting in another room and then you're left to play catch-up.

We intend to cover it as we have for the last 3 years… 3 laptops, 1 television, and cellphones back at homebase with multiple reporter friends on the scene to feed back anything that we might miss. But to date, it's worked the other way… with us feeding info back to the folks who are down there (stuck in a room while something bigger is going on elsewhere).

I don't think you'll find better, more up-to-the-minute coverage elsewhere. And we'll also be linking you to reports from across the conference.
