It would be a LOT more difficult to sue us, and even if successful damages would be capped at such a low amount that there would be no point. That's the real reason that baylor is targeting SEC with lawsuit currently.

If there isn't anything to the suit (or if A&M really believes the risks are minimal) A&M can simply offer to indemnify the SEC for any costs associated with litigation resulting from the move.
