		<description><![CDATA[Aggies have sovereign immunity.  It would be a LOT more difficult to sue us, and even if successful damages would be capped at such a low amount that there would be no point.  That&#039;s the real reason that baylor is targeting SEC with lawsuit currently. ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I have not read anyone talk about this but there is a simple solution that gets A&amp;M in the SEC immediately.  If there isn&#039;t anything to the suit (or if A&amp;M really believes the risks are minimal) A&amp;M can simply offer to indemnify the SEC for any costs associated with litigation resulting from the move.   ]]></description>
