The UT self-imposed penalties from the previous investigation will be enough. The NCAA is hot after kiffins trail. UT has nothing to worry about. At the worst maybe some recruiting restrictions, that&#039;s it. Kiffin should be the one worried. ]]></description>

They are willful violations of NCAA rules, major violations.  Second, the people are employed by, and cheating for, the benefit of the PROGRAMS.
