I agree, 100% uncalled for. You&#039;re not the coach of the #2 team in the nation. You have not national championships to your name. You haven&#039;t been doing this for 20+ years. What makes you feel qualified to try and preach to Les Miles? Really?

 

I gained respect of Les after this, because he handled that very, very well. I wouldn&#039;t have taken it so calmly. I&#039;d be lying if I said I 100% agree with keeping Jefferson in for every snap, but Miles knows his personnel better than every one of us arm chair coaches, so as obvious as it may seem to us, I&#039;m sure that there&#039;s a perfectly sound and reasonable reason as to why he kept Jefferson in. This is the National Championship game, he&#039;s not going to just give it away for no reason.]]></description>
