Media outlets, message boards, etc. generate things that aren’t always necessarily true, then the kids get gun-shy. Then the head coach is busy trying to recruit and run the program, has to stop and address the b.s. Crazy! It’s the constant-stream-of-data-instantaneous-results-I-want-it-all-now-what-have-you-done-for-me-today world we live in. Calm down, deep breath, everything is okay. This ship is not sinking!
