Depending on the coach, recruiting rankings can be meaningless.  Petrino is the Spurrier of the 2000s with an offensive system that can turn so-so recruits into all-stars.  Most schools don&#039;t have Petrino.

		<description><![CDATA[Meaningless.....Arkansas was ranked  #32  in the country when their 2008 class signed (BP&#039;s first class). Saw the re-rankings today after all the classes played out 4 years later and it has been revised.....to #6 in the country.]]></description>
