No offense, but I don’t think this Calipari-Knicks story — which stays on the backburner throughout the year, every year — was designed to hurt UK.  The Knicks’ coach stepped down yesterday.  It was only natural at this point for Calipari’s name to go back to the surface.
 
Frustrating and — we believe — off-target?  Yes.  An anti-UK conspiracy from the national press?  Don’t think so.
