		<description><![CDATA[The NCAA was created to keep the schools equal in recruiting. Of course in the real world reputation, Venue size, conference ect  makes a big difference, but the rules keep the balance somewhat in check.  The solution to the problem would be create a new super division, but the problem with that is all sports,including the women&#039;s sports, would have to be equal. For instance, thestipend to a football player would have to be equal to one given to  a softball player. You would also have to eliminate a majority of the bowls and the excitement of a TCU or Boise State being competitive with the big boys. For these reasons I think the NCAA is stays intact.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I am not in the slightest way a UK fan, but Cal nailed it on this one.  The NCAA cares about everything but the kids playing the games.  I hope he keeps giving them hell.  This is not Tark or Ron Polk talking.  Cal has the #1 job in college sports.]]></description>
