I’m aware of that fact, but I seriously doubt the NCAA would re-open its case on Tennessee — which fired the coach in question — over a secondary violation.
 
If he’d given the kid a car?  Yes.  For a secondary violation?  No way this impacts Tennessee.  Even if it turns out to be true.
