Where was there a snarky comment? I asked if State’s spending spree would have any input on the coaching search. That’s pretty legit. Especially since most athletic departments get much of their money from a few, key mega-boosters.

If someone’s kicking in to pay off Stansbury and to help with stadium construction, how much would they have to kick in for a new coach?

That’s not snarky. That’s a legitimate question.

Unlike the new football facility which was built completely with private donations, the $80MM for the stadium expansion will mostly come from bonds so I doubt this will affect the new coaches salary at all.
