So the SEC wasn’t in expansion mode when it added A&M and MIzzou and it’s not in expansion mode now either. That tells us something doesn’t it? lol

Might the SEC / Big 12 “Champions Game” be a fall back option in case the 4-team model falls through and a plus-one is enacted? In most years, the SEC Champ that beats the Big 12 Champ would play the Rose Bowl champ in the “Plus One” game for the outright national championship. The regular season is protected as meaningful. ACC and Big East and Notre Dame (most years) would be on the outside looking in …
