Apparently folks aren’t reading past the first paragraph.

This post is about how the football and basketball schedules were put together… and from what we’ve heard from the SEC office, it sounds a heckuva lot like groupthink.

This is not solely a post about a 9-game football schedule as we have, in fact, a bigger issue with the hatchet job done in basketball. Football will correct itself eventually, basketball may not.

Maybe Slive and the powers-that-be are just thinking outside the box. Remember the talk of common opponents in the Big 12. That would certainly justify no nine-game schedule!
