He’s already tried plenty of out of bounds tricks John. The NCAA just lets him get away with them. Two vacated Final Fours (that pretty much eliminates the he’s never been caught argument), Rose’s brother getting to fly everywhere with the team for free and thousand dollar handshakes, Rose’s test scores. Marcus Camby and his agent…World Wide Wes….etc….etc….etc…….etc…….
