It would be a great hire. He knows everyone in Texas, which is where half of the recruits come from, and his teams are always good on defense, and solid on offense. I don’t know how committed he is to TCU though. They may be married for all I know. Good steal if Long can get him, but I think it’s a long shot. Money will be there, but Patterson seems to me more than just money.No to Tommy Tuberville. Maybe Josh McDaniels of the Patriots or Art Briles of Baylor.

David Cutcliffe – Kentucky
