Texas A&M officials evacuated the campus Friday afternoon after the school received a bomb threat.
Texas A&M spokesman Lt. Allan Baron told USA Today the threat was received via email. Texas A&M posted the following message on its emergency information website.
Texas A&M University remains closed at this time due to a campus-wide bomb threat. Emergency responders are currently searching campus facilities. Transportation Services has suspended on-campus bus routes. Off campus bus routes are currently running at two locations. North on Church Street and South on Anderson Street near A&M Consolidated Middle School.
Texas A&M is scheduled to host LSU tomorrow morning at 11 CDT.
