The Liberty Bowl pays more than the BBVA Compass Bowl... if push comes to shove, the BBVA Compass loses out.
 
If you want to go to Birmingham, your best bet is for Mizzou and one other SEC team to become bowl eligible so the Liberty can take that other team and the BBVA Compass can take your Tigers.
