It’s been my position all year that (we) Aggies need to be patient and prove their success in the SEC before expecting the accolades to come their way.  That way when they come, we weren’t just getting the attention for a “one-off” effort.  And we also don’t validate the concerns that our former conference brethren raised about us being whiners and having an inferiority complex.
 
Regardless, BTHO OU when we pick Cotton after New Year’s.

]]> http://www.mrsec.com/2012/12/sec-headlines-12132012/comment-page-1/#comment-112055 alamoaggie08 Thu, 13 Dec 2012 17:36:11 +0000 http://www.mrsec.com/?p=260501#comment-112055 about the capitol one bowl article: the fact that they wanted a&m vs. northwestern is a real turnoff.  we just played them in a bowl game last year, and it’s not a very intersting matchup.  georgia vs. nebraska is the better of the two.  now if it were a&m vs nebraska or michigan, that would be another story, but if i had to choose between a&m vs. northwestern at captiol one or vs. oklahoma at the cotton, i’d go with the latter everytime.
