		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t care who you are or how well you have recruited - losing all of your seniors and your eleven best juniors would just seem to be an insurmountable obstacle when looking towards next season.    A few are on the offensive side, but essentially, they lost a defensive first string just in juniors.  This is not to mention seniors, transfers, injuries...  Better be scouting the junior colleges hard and fast.]]></description>
