Part 4 of our expansion series will go up this week, but Boise State’s pull-out really doesn’t mean much for the big conferences.  The Big East was going to collapse anyway and it’s no longer a major conference as is.  And Boise State — whether in the Big East or the Mountain West — would jump at any offer from the Pac-12 or Big XII that might come its way (if one did come its way).
