gfx - by the numbers Following your weekend action around the SEC, here’s the current RPI breakdown for the conference. One positive note — the Southeastern Conference has climbed from ninth to eighth in the conference rankings.

The SEC trails the Big Ten, the Big East, the Mountain West, the ACC, the Big 12, the Pac-12, and the Atlantic 10, in order. The takeaway? The league probably won’t be grabbing more than three bids to the NCAA Tournament.

Arkansas still has a solid chance to make the tournament. Texas A&M and Ole Miss having fast starts has made the tournament race interesting.

If Arkansas can notch a couple of road wins, I could see A&M, Ole Miss, the Hogs, and Kentucky all finishing around 12-6 or 11-7 in conference. Should be interesting.

Um .... Auburn is 2-0 (not 1-1 as you have listed above) in conference, beating both LSU and USC.
