With Ole Miss on the verge of signing a potentially top 5 recruiting class, some eyebrows are being raised in the direction of Oxford, Mississippi and head coach Hugh Freeze. Firing back at the gossip and innuendo, Freeze took to Twitter with this statement on Friday:
If you have facts about a violation, send it to compliance@olemiss.edu. If not, please do not slander these young men or insult their family
You won’t find that quote on Freeze’s Twitter acount., but the Jackon Clarion-Ledger was quick to post it before it was apparently deleted.
Earlier this week, Ole Miss commitment Laquon Treadwell caused a stir by flashing some cash in a photo – allegedly taken during a recruiting visit to Oxford.
