Strike one. Then you hire a lead investigator from the schools biggest and most hated rival and expect her to behave in an ethical manner. Which, as it turns out, doesn’t happen. Strike two. Then you hire Shapiro’s lawyer to get access to other info you can’t legally get. Strike three and you are out of here.
