You can hold your exclamation points.  JaQuay Williams was at Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia this year... which means he counts as a Virginia recruit.  I think we made it clear above that we&#039;re looking at where teams went this year to recruit or re-recruit this year&#039;s signees.

		<description><![CDATA[Per capita, Arkansas produces as many SEC players as Florida.  The outliers are Mississippi and Georgia, which produce more (many more in the case of MS) recruits per capita than other SEC states.  Arkansas is by far the least populous (2.9 million) state in the SEC.
