		<description><![CDATA[The most ridiculous rules are the ones dealing with player compensation.  Universities shouldn&#039;t have to count every penny in the process of taking care of their players or be worried about bagels.  That sort of thing needs deregulation.  The limits on contacts should be a compromise though.  Worrying about how many phone calls or texts a player gets is overboard, but there should be limits like these officials are saying.  
 
They should start with a rule that states players can only receive some letter of interest until their Junior season of football is over then the real recruiting can begin.  Allow the coaches and players to form a relationship, but don&#039;t allow the amount of money being spent to be limitless.]]></description>
