Between the NCAA and the NIT, the SEC had six teams qualify for postseason tournament play. Four games in, half of them are already done. Missouri becomes the latest SEC squad to make a quick exit, falling to Colorado State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
The Tigers trailed by nine at half and proceeded to cut the lead to four points early in the second half. They never got any closer.
Phil Pressey led Missouri with 20 points and seven assists.
