The Florida basketball team received an official visit from point guard Brandon Knight on Sunday.

Knight, regarded by some as the nation’s top player in the 2010 class, attends Pine Crest High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Knight’s recruitment appears to be a battle among Florida, Kentucky and Kansas, according to Jeremy Fowler of the Orlando Sentinel.

Mr. Fowler also has a report on Florida’s 74-46 win over Stetson on Sunday. Knight attended the game with Jacksonville Providence forward Patric Young, who’s already signed a letter of intent with …
