Now Mike Strange of The Knoxville News Sentinel admits that he might be reading something into some recent Lane Kiffin comments.

Kiffin played 11 true freshmen last week in UT’s opener against Western Kentucky. 

When asked about that fact, the coach made it clear that it’s a good recruiting tool for his school because kids pay attention to which coaches really do play freshmen.

If he was throwing a barb, which I'm sure he was, he's right.  UGA's O looked pathetic last Saturday, surely Brown could have helped out some.

Of course, maybe there's something there that we don't know.  I mean Orson Charles got to play, so it can't be an anti-freshman thing.
