There’s not a whole lot of Bama news today, but here’s what we’ve found for you:
Nick Saban believes his defensive front as “really done a good job of improving our pass rush.”
Paul Finebaum of The Mobile Press-Register takes a game-by-game look at Alabama’s schedule… and believes the Tide might be high again in 2009.
It’s interesting to note the possibility that Mr. Finebaum could be ratcheting up the expectations on Saban intentionally with his 11-1 regular season prediction.
Alabama should be good again, but no one has seen Greg McElroy under center with a game on the line. It’s hard to predict an 11-1 finish — if you ask me — until you see that. So could the writer simply be ramping things up to create more drama?
Nah. Not Paul Finebaum.
