You know that music that ricochets across Bourbon Street, bouncing off those balconied buildings and up from the sewer-esque street? The music, that if you close your eyes, SMELLS like spilled, syrupy liquor drinks and FEELS like 105% humidity? It’s zydeco. And since the Sugar Bowl is the ultimate goal for SEC fans, any good tailgate mix has to include the King of Zydeco. It is impossible to listen to this man’s music and not smile. BUCKWHEAT ZYDECO
