Two quickies from the Palmetto State today:

The State has compiled the comments and predictions of a number of preseason publications and found that most folks are pretty cautious when it comes to the Gamecocks’ chances this season.  Why wouldn’t they be?

On the basketball side of things, this writer explains why South Carolina’s non-conference schedule is already better than last year’s.
