Linebacker Dustin Doe is suspended for the Gators’ opener on Saturday. No word on a suspension for corner Janoris Jenkins.
Defensive coordinator Charlie Strong is trying to keep his unit grounded headed into the season.

The Gators plan to continue schedule FCS-level (ie: I-AA) teams in the future. Ballsy.
And in basketball news, Nimrod Tishman is listed on the Gators’ roster, but he’s still not been cleared by the NCAA. Free Nimrod!
