1. If Georgia wants to reach Nashville, Memphis or Shreveport — pause — they need to beat Auburn and secure their sixth win on Saturday.
2. Joe Cox and the Bulldogs want to finish the season strong “because we’ve worked hard enough to deserve that.”
To quote “Unforgiven,” “Deserve’s got nothing to do with it.”
3. Mark Bradley of The AJC writes that Mark Richt’s program is in decline, therefore he must win against Auburn to fend off their recruiting invasion of the Peach State.
4. About 7,000 to 10,000 folks didn’t show up for Georgia’s win over Tennessee Tech.
5. Georgia’s running game has finally shown signs of life in recent weeks.
