GEORGIA LOOKING AT IN-STATE LINEBACKER

Georgia is showing serious interest in linebacker Julian Burnett from Westside-Macon High School.


Georgia tight ends coach John Lilly visited Westside-Macon to evaluate Burnett on Wednesday.


Burnett said he would “definitely consider going” to Georgia if the Bulldogs offer a scholarship.


Burnett currently has offers from South Carolina, Ole Miss, North Carolina State, Wake Forest and Purdue.
