Here’s A Shocker — Football Player The Assaultee Not The Assaulter

Alabama placekicker Leigh Tiffin was assaulted this morning in Tuscaloosa.
According to a police spokesman, Tiffin was assaulted in downtown Tuscaloosa and “treat for minor injuries” before being released from a local hospital.
No arrests have been made and Tiffin is not being investigated.
“He has not been implicated in any way other than he was the victim of an assault.”
Now that’s a flip-flop for you. Nick Saban’s turned things around at Alabama so much that it’s the players who are now being assaulted.
(In all seriousness, we’re glad that Tiffin wasn’t seriously injured in this attack.)
